This area of practice serviced by our PROCON Consulting Architects, Inc. subsidiary, is the marriage of PROCON’s overall architectural / engineering experience in commercial exterior wall envelopes, together with specialized building material expertise with stone, masonry, and porcelain tile.  As design complexity and construction costs continue to increase, owners, architects, and building contractors understand the value and benefits of consulting with a specialized consulting firm. PROCON provides technical consultation for the design and construction of exterior wall assemblies in the same manner that a specialized acoustical consultant may be engaged to assist an architect in the design of a concert hall.

PROCON has the capability to address issues such as proper design and specification of architectural materials, structural engineering design, construction cost analysis and construction observation of exterior wall assemblies. In addition, PROCON provides forensic services for investigation, diagnostic testing and remedial design of exterior wall defects and failures.
