5100 OAK STREET – Kansas City, MO – PROCON is provided consulting services for 5100 Oak Street, a mixed-use project constructed by the Weitz Company.  The project consists of 170  apartments units, 11,000 SF office space, and 40,000 SF retail space, including a Whole Foods Market.

         AVENTURA MALL, Aventura, FL – PROCON is provided consulting services for the design and construction of engineered stone assemblies in the public concourses for the retail mall expansion developed by the Simon Property Group and Turnberry Associates, with design by Architect Carlos Zapata.

AC MARRIOTT Madison, WI  PROCON Consulting Architects provided facade engineering services for the ventilated rainscreen exterior facade of this 10 story boutique hotel.

SCOTTSDALE FASHION SQUARE – PROCON is provided technical design and construction consulting to Macerich and JPRA Architects for the construction of stone floor  assemblies in the renovation of public concourses for this 1,900,000 SF super-regional retail mall.

WARREN HARDING HIGH SCHOOL-Bridgeport, CT – PROCON Consulting Architects provided facade engineering services for the ventilated rainscreen exterior facade of this new educational facility.

CREC MUSEUM ACADEMY – Bloomfield, CT – PROCON Consulting Architects provided facade engineering services for the porcelain granite panel ventilated rainscreen facade of this new educational facility .

THE MALL AT GREEN HILLS – Nashville, TN – The Taubman Company and Hobbs+Black Architects  retained PROCON as a consultant for the design and construction of public concourse flooring assemblies for the renovation and addition to this regional retail mall .

WESTFIELD ANNAPOLIS MALL – Annapolis, MD – WESTFIELD  engaged PROCON as technical consultant for the design and construction of  the renovation of the food hall in this regional retail center.

INTERNATIONAL MARKETPLACE, Honolulu, HI – PROCON was engaged by the Taubman Company & JPRA Architects as an exterior envelope consultant on this new urban retail center located in Honolulu, Hawaii.

MARRIOTT VACATION CLUB CRYSTAL SHORE-Marco Island, FL  PROCON was engaged by Marriott and Coleman Partners Architects as a design and construction consultant for the design and construction of the 15 story ceramic mosaic tile façade and mural for this 148 unit hotel.
