QATAR PETROLEUM COMPLEX - QATAR - PROCON is providing highly specialized consulting services to SOM Architects and product manufacturer LATICRETE International for the design and construction of over 250,000 m² direct adhered trencadis porcelain tile for the exterior wall assemblies at the Qatar Petroleum Complex in Qatar. MARTHA JEFFERSON HOSPITAL - CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - PROCON has been engaged by Kahler Slater Architects of Milwaukee, Wisconsin to provide consulting  services for the design and construction of the natural stone veneer exterior wall system at the Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottsville, VA.  PROCON developed the contract specifications, and will also provide quality assurance obervation and testing during the progress of the exterior wall envelope construction,  scheduled to commence in Winter 2010. PROCON comissioned to conduct research of new construction engineering technologies - PROCON has been engaged by strategic partner LATICRETE International to conduct and present research to develop quantitative analytical methods for design of adhesive technologies used for cladding of exterior building wall systems.  MARRIOTT RESIDENCE INN (WOBURN, MA) -  PROCON has been engaged to conduct a forensic investigation of defects in the exterior brick masonry wall system.  The project consists of 149 hotel suite units in a seven story building.

INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL - NEW YORK CITY - PROCON is providing peer review and technical consulting services to Tishman Construction Company, New York City for the construction of the waterproofing and tile assemblies in 607  guestrooms at the 34 story Intercontinental Hotel under construction at Times Square in New York City.[more]

BARUCH COLLEGE (NEW YORK CITY) - Berkely Surety Group has retained PROCON to conduct a forensic investigation of the 80,000 SF terrazzo floor assembly at the 17 story vertical campus at Baruch College.

CHRISTIANA MALL - NEWARK DELAWARE - General Growth Properties has retained PROCON to provide consulting services for the design development and construction of the concrete and porcelain tile floor assembly.  When the re-devclopment is complete in December 2009,  Christiana Mall will contain 1.8 miillion square feet GLA. PROCON is part of the project team which includes  RTKL Architects and VCC Construction, two of the leading national retail architectural and construction companies.
