MARRIOTT RESIDENCE INN (WOBURN, MA) - PROCON has been engaged to conduct a forensic investigation of defects in the exterior brick masonry wall system. The project consists of 149 hotel suite units in a seven story building.
BARUCH COLLEGE (NEW YORK CITY) - Berkely Surety Group has retained PROCON to conduct a forensic investigation of the 80,000 SF terrazzo floor assembly at the 17 story vertical campus at Baruch College.
BRADLEY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (HARTFORD, CT) - HNTB Corporation Architects & Engineers engaged PROCON to conduct a forensic investigation of the epoxy terrazzo floor assembly at the new Terminal A connector project.
THE METROPOLITAN (SAN FRANCISCO, CA) - Madsen Kneppers Associates has retained PROCON as an expert for the forensic investigation and remedial design of the exterior wall assembly. The project consists of 342 residential units in two 20 / 26 story towers.
CHRISTIANA MALL - NEWARK DELAWARE - General Growth Properties has retained PROCON to provide consulting services for the design development and construction of the concrete and porcelain tile floor assembly. When the re-devclopment is complete in December 2009, Christiana Mall will contain 1.8 miillion square feet GLA. PROCON is part of the project team which includes RTKL Architects and VCC Construction, two of the leading national retail architectural and construction companies.
INDIANAPOLIS AIRPORT MIDFIELD TERMINAL - INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA PROCON provided consulting services to client Blakley Corporation for the construction of the 1.2 million square foot Midfield Terminal at Indianapolis Airport. The focal point of the new $1.1 billion terminal and infrastructure project, which opened in November 2008, is the 200 foot diameter sky-lit civic plaza. [more]
