PROCON client The Macerich Company, is the third largest retail real estate investment trust in the U.S. Macerich has developed and operates 56 malls and 21 community centers in 21 states.

PROCON was a technical consultant for the renovation and expansion of Queens Center Mall in New York City. PROCON’s services include the specification and contract administration of construction for 165,000 SF of concrete, waterproofing and porcelain tile finishes. Whiting-Turner Construction Company was the construction manager and Skanska USA was the general contractor for the 1 million square foot project. Both Skanska and Whiting-Turner have previously collaborated with PROCON on regional retail centers and other projects around the country.
