PROCON provided consulting services to Skanska USA to conduct peer review of contract documents and provide construction administration services for the installation of porcelain ceramic tile at the at Northlake Mall, in Charlotte, NC. The regional mall was developed by The Taubman Company and constructed by Skanska USA, both of which have collaborated with PROCON on several other regional centers, including the Shops at River Bend, Plano, TX, International Plaza, Tampa, FL, Wellington Mall, Wellington, FL, Dolphin Mall, Miami, FL, Twelve Oaks Mall, Novi, MI and Queens Center in New York City.
