Monmouth Mall – Eatontown, NJ

Vornado Realty Trust retained PROCON to provide consulting services for the specification and construction quality assurance for the 150,000 SF concrete and porcelain tile floor assembly located in public concourses and bathrooms. PROCON was part of the project team which included the Whiting Turner Construction Company and Del Turco Brothers.

PROCON conducted peer review of proposed design documents, conducted a in-depth analysis of existing conditions, and conducted quality assurance inspections throughout the multiple phases of the project.
