Philadelphia Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) has retained PROCON to provide consulting services for the design and construction of the Cherry Hill Mall re-development project located in Cherry Hill , NJ. This mall is reported to have been one of the first regional enclosed shopping malls in the country, originally constructed in 1961, with subsequent additions and improvements since that time. Upon completion of current renovations and additions, the mall will contain 2 million square feet. The project architect is JPRA Architects, which has collaborated with PROCON on several regional shopping mall projects.
