The National Federation of the Blind and the Jacobus tenBroeck Memorial Fund in Baltimore, MD engaged PROCON to conduct a forensic investigation of the failure of a 4-story porcelain tile finish façade assembly. In addition to employing specialized knowledge of tile façade systems, PROCON's experience with structural steel and metal stud framing was critical to determining cause / origin of the problem and resulting remedial recommendations.
