PROCON has been retained by surety United Fire & Casualty to conduct an investigation of construction defects in the 32,000 SF terrazzo floor assembly at the new Ohio Union Student Center.

PROCON conducted a comprehensive investigation including: forensic investigation to evaluate defects in the hybrid terrazzo assembly, analyzed project documents to determine contract balance and a cost to complete estimate, and tendered to a new contract completion contractor.
