This service is provided within all areas of PROCON's practice. Services are primarily provided through legal counsel and insurance carriers for defense of claims, as well as prosecution of claims made by parties to design and construction contracts.

Design and construction has become increasingly complex, more prone to dispute, resulting in increased legal / insurance claims. Similarly, the rapid rate of change in development of new products, procedures and practices puts design and construction professionals at increased risk.
