PROCON conducts evaluation of existing conditions prior to major commercial renovation projects to assist architectural design teams by developing contract specifications or engineering analysis.

As consulting architects and engineers, PROCON has the unique capability to combine highly-specialized technical knowledge of reinforced concrete design / construction with a multi-disciplinary understanding of related issues and materials compatibility , such as, moisture vapor transmission, Moisture reduction barriers, Alkali Silica Reaction (ASR), self-leveling underlayments and crack isolation membranes.  In addition, PROCON maintains specialized equipment for conducting field testing of concrete, such as core drilling equipment, acoustic sounding with rotary percussive equipment, and moisture vapor emission / internal relative humidity testing equipment.
